Hay fever, often called “seasonal allergies”, or “doctor” rhinitis, triggered when the person’s immune system to meet high-volume substances transported as mold and pollen. The main symptoms can include runny nose, sneezing, skin irritation, sore throat, hacking and coughing, sometimes rash and hives. Pollen is released from plants foreseen at the time of the year, but the highest concentrations occurring in spring, summer and autumn.
The best way to overcome the hay fever is to stay away from pollen, but it is almost impossible to airborne allergies. Outside air is full of pollen allergy season, and these particles flood inside each time you open the door. Some people don’t want to take allergy medicines because the side effects and costs. Here are some tips to show you how to control allergy symptoms without drugs.
First of all, stay inside, whenever possible, especially when there is no higher volumes of pollen in the air. The pollen is worst during the warmest part of the day, particularly if it is windy. Do not exit when a neighbour cut their lawn and have someone else to cut your lawn rather than do it yourself. Mow the lawn adds an enormous amount of pollen in the air environment.
When you go out, protect your mouth and nose with a mask or a scarf. A long-sleeved shirt and long trousers will keep the pollen out of your skin, that might get itchy and develop a rash of exposure to pollen. Make sure you keep car Windows closed and the air conditioner running. You can obtain drive air HEPA filters, strongly recommended through the peaks of allergy in spring and autumn. The auto air filter HEPA removes most atmospheric contaminants which cannot intercept the air filter with a regular vehicle.
At home, keep Windows closed and keep your air conditioner. Start using an air purifier that has a HEPA filter true, ideally one that detects and adjusts the parameters of cleanliness on automatic pilot. Make sure that the air filter was filtering capacity and sufficient primary living spaces for your bedroom. Home electronic air cleaners that you sleep better throughout the year and be free of sinus congestion in the morning.
Work to make your home free of pollen. Get a vacuum cleaner and vacuum HEPA filter regularly on carpets and floors, even if you see no pollen.
